Refund policy

At Farmkin, we take pride in delivering products that are packed with care and are ready to be enjoyed. 

As our products are food and consumable products, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered, except in cases covered below. 

1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products - If you receive: 

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@farmkin.in. 

Please include your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging. 

After reviewing the issue, Farmkin may offer a: 

depending on the nature of the issue. 

2. Products Damaged During Transit - If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please take photographs/videos before opening it and contact us as soon as possible. 

Our team will assess the issue and coordinate the appropriate resolution. 

3. Wrong Product Received - If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within [48 hours]. 

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or other appropriate resolution. 

4. Change of Mind - Since Farmkin sells food products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal taste or incorrect product selection, once the order has been shipped/delivered. 

5. Refunds - Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method. 

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider. 

6. Order Cancellation - Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped, subject to the applicable conditions. 

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. 

7. Promotional Orders - Products purchased as part of a promotional offer, bundle or special sale may be subject to additional terms mentioned at the time of purchase.
